Our Pay-Later Model Minimizes Refund Needs

At CourtSure, we use a unique "pay later" model. You can enroll in any course for free and only pay when you've completed the course and are ready to receive your certificate. This means you can try the course before committing financially, significantly reducing the need for refunds.

When Refunds Apply

Since you don't pay until after completing the course, refund situations are rare. However, we understand that issues can arise. Here's our policy:

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical Issues Preventing Certificate Access

If a platform error prevents you from downloading your certificate after payment, we will issue a full refund if we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.

  • Duplicate Payments

If you were charged multiple times for the same certificate due to a technical error, we will refund all duplicate charges.

  • Incorrect Course Enrollment

If you can demonstrate you enrolled in the wrong course due to unclear information on our platform, and request within 7 days of payment, we may issue a refund or credit toward the correct course.

  • Physical Certificate Issues

If your physical certificate is lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or contains errors, we will either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a refund for the shipping charges.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of Mind After Certificate Purchase

Once you've completed the course and purchased your certificate, refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the certificate.

  • Court Rejection

While our certificates are accepted by courts in all 50 states, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every specific court or jurisdiction. Users are responsible for confirming course acceptance before enrolling.

  • Failure to Complete Course

If your enrollment expires before completion, refunds are not applicable since no payment was made. You may re-enroll to start again.

  • Account Violations

If your certificate is revoked due to fraud, cheating, or Terms of Service violations, no refund will be issued.
